Meet Elizabeth Wilkinson MBE, or as we like to call her, Eli (pronounced Ellie). Eli is a dynamo in the world of neurodiversity, championing dyslexia awareness since 1999. Her mission? To spread positivity and empower her fellow dyslexics!

With well over two decades of experience, Eli has worn many hats, including:
• Specialist SpLD Teaching Assistant at a local secondary school
• Visiting lecturer at local colleges, delivering OCN Dyslexia Awareness courses
• Key player at Telford Dyslexia Academy, evolving from tutor to teacher mentor
In 2007, Eli founded The Dyslexic Dyslexia Consultant (TheDDC) to boost the understanding and awareness of dyslexia in Shropshire and beyond. Her efforts have made her a beloved and trusted figure in the field.
As a dyslexic and autistic individual herself, Eli brings a unique and personal perspective to her work, making her an even more effective advocate for neurodiversity.
