In Brief what is Young Enterprise Shropshire? Young Enterprise shows young people at all learning stages and levels the importance of understanding business as part of their adult life. Our programs help them to develop the eight employability competencies  “Communication, Confidence, Financial Capability, Initiative, Organisation, Problem Solving, Resilience, Teamwork”.
